openUSA is a multilingual, mobile-first platform built to help immigrants and their families navigate the U.S. immigration process with more confidence and less confusion. We offer guided, self-help tools for preparing USCIS forms and personal declarations, civics study resources, a moderated community forum, and a directory of independent licensed immigration attorneys — all designed to meet people where they are, in the language they're most comfortable in.

openUSA is for immigrants at every stage of their journey: people preparing asylum applications, families pursuing green cards, workers seeking employment authorization, and anyone trying to make sense of U.S. immigration paperwork on their own. Our tools support English, Spanish, Haitian Creole, Portuguese, Mandarin, Arabic, Vietnamese, Nepali, Hindi, Croatian, and Farsi, with full right-to-left layout support for Arabic and Farsi readers.

Importantly, openUSA is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or legal representation.
